The Czech Society for Analytical Cytometry (ČSAC) has undergone dynamic development since its founding in 2001, just as the fields and disciplines it deals with have evolved. Despite significant advances in technologies and new trends reflected in the equipment of biomedically oriented laboratories, the basic goals of ČSAC remain the same.

ČSAC is a voluntary association of experts who are willing to share their experiences with the aim of:

• Educating and informing in the field of analytical cytometry and related disciplines;
• Creating a platform that enables the connection of experts and students in clinical, translational, and basic science fields from both academic and non-academic institutions;
• Developing new trends and methodological backgrounds for biomedically oriented laboratories in collaboration with technology companies;
• Recognizing significant achievements of its members and supporting the new generation of researchers/clinicians;
• Developing international cooperation with foreign professional societies within the framework of professional events.
